42nd INTERNATIONAL FAIR OF THE ATLANTIC
WHAT ARE THE BUSINESS MEETINGS?
The Business Meetings are organised with the goal of encouraging meetings between sector professionals who share common interests or needs, so that they can establish mutually beneficial relationships and expand their contact network. Professionals interested in carrying out meetings will be able to meet during 30-minute intervals in an independent area equipped to carry out these negotiations properly. Meetings can also be carried out in the Exhibitors Stands, if so agreed.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The meetings will be carried out between Exhibitors, or between Exhibitors and professional visitors. Your meeting agenda will be generated based on your request and the requests of the rest of the professional attendees. In this way, you will have access to an online platform where you will be able to choose who you want to meet, , and the recipient will be able to accept or reject su solicitud. your request. Likewise, you will also receive requests from participants who wish to meet with you and you will be able to accept or reject their request.
*Only company representatives can register for Business Meetings. Please note that meetings can be attended by different company members who can be accompanied by others during said meetings, but only one meeting agenda per company can be created.
The Business Meeting will take place within the professional events of the 42nd International Fair of the Atlantic:
HOW SHOULD I REGISTER FOR THE BUSINESS MEETINGS?
To be able to participate in the Business Meetings, you must complete the registration form for the fair:
Select YES to confirm that you want to have Business Meetings, and then select the products or services that you are OFFERING as Exhibitor or that you are INTERESTED in as a professional visitor from the drop-down menu.
By filling out this information, your registration to participate in the Business Meetings will be completed. .
WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE?
1-. The organisation will contact you by email in order to provide instructions about the steps to take.
2-. The organisation will give you a Username and Password so that you have access to a Private Area where you will be able to see the list of professionals you can meet with. Afterwards, you will be able to choose who you want to meet with and later you will receive their reply, accepting or rejecting your request.
3-. The business meeting area in the fair requires the commitment of all the participants, which is why you must also reply through your Private Area to all the meeting requests you receive, either accepting or rejecting them.
4-. In the Private Area you will be able to specify the time when you are available to meet, within the event schedule.
5-. Your agenda will be set up in real time in your Private Area with the meetings that have been accepted. That way, you will be able to check your updated agenda through your Private Area by clicking on MY AGENDA.
6-. Your agenda will contain information about who you are meeting with, as well as the date, time and place (table number in the Meeting Area or Exhibitor Stand).
UNTIL WHEN CAN I MANAGE MY MEETINGS?
You cn request meetings until the days of the fair’s celebration. However, it is recommended that you do so in advance.
AND DURING THE MEETINGS?
– You will be able to check your updated agenda at any moment by accessing your Private Area.
– In case of any eventuality or cancellation, you can contact the professionals you have set up meetings with by using the internal messaging network through your Private Area.
– Please arrive 5 minutes before the time scheduled of the meeting.
-In the area enabled for business meetings (Pavilion 6), the organisers will be ready to help you with any related issues.
